It works by YOU being open minded, honest and willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone and explore new ideas and thought patterns. Ask yourself these questions: Are You Ready to... Get clarity on your goals? Transform your mind? Get clarity on your life purpose? Widen your perspective of the meaning of life? Break unhealthy patterns or habits?
On-Going Coaching In each 60 minute coaching session we will go through the following stages: Check-in on your goals from last week Review of your insights, what you learned and accomplished for the week A new lesson selected from your unique coaching plan Goal setting for the next week.
Together we will bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
