It is an ongoing journey that requires the ability to master your emotions, thoughts and get rid of the fear that is holding you back from building a foundation of personal well-being.

Your introductory session is free - In this session is we will talk about what coaching is, how it can help you and see if we are a match.
Your First Session involves you and me exploring your goals in further depth. This includes discussing what you wish to gain from your Personal Growth Coaching, as well as, determining what you want to start working on first. A specialized plan is developed from what we've discussed and the recommended frequency of sessions is decided on.

On-Going Coaching
All coaching is done via phone or video conferencing.
In each 60 minute coaching session will go through the following stages:

- A new lesson selected from your unique coaching plan
- Goal setting for the next session.
