Destination Me is a spiritual retreat, a holistic journey, that is focused on setting your life, your mind, your heart and your soul fully before Him to listen for his direction, conviction, wisdom and insight. 

Feeling chronically stressed and over-extended is not God’s will for our lives, and incessant “doing” conflicts with the Biblical message of an alternating rhythm of serving and being filled. ​

First, What Is Self-Care?
Sure, it’s a buzzword right now, but what does it really mean? To keep it simple, self-care is "any activity we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health." As basic as that sounds, making time for self-care can be a struggle in our modern world. But good self-care is key to a balanced life, and even small steps like exercising regularly, combating negative self-talk, and meditation bring big improvements.

The benefits of taking time for yourself are big. Great self-care has been linked to reduced depression, improved mood, boosted self-esteem, and reduced anxiety.
Escape to this tranquil haven and feel your stress melt away as you learn tools to help you find calm and self love. As your Kumu( the Hawaiian word for mentor, coach or guide) , I will empower you to continue your journey of love for the rest of your life, not just for the week.
